 Tú minds was developed after it became apparent that although Tú had experienced massive growth since its inception, with this growth came organisational issues due to the lack of systems and procedures in place. Because of this Tú embarked on a re-organisation of the business and engaged an external consultancy firm to spend 6 months inside the business to improve its structure, procedures and policies. After this 6-month period Tú Projects became the well-oiled machine required to provide you with the level of service you expect and deserve.Tú Minds was created to offer other organisations business consultancy services to analyse and recommend strategic changes to how the company operates and to help the organisation meet its financial and strategic targets.
Our team of consultants reviews any current internal processes, the organisation’s strategic plan (if in place) and the organisation’s goals. This process can be performed on a short-term basis or longer term, up to 12 months depending on the level of detail the client is requesting and the size of the organisation. |
