The Good Fish Co. is setting new standards for traditional fish and chip stores in Victoria. Their ethos is ‘good fish, good taste, good health’ aiming to ensure the seafood they offer is of the highest quality while considering environmental sustainability.
They currently have two stores open in both Craigieburn and Watergardens which both embody the same concepts. Tú’s Melbourne team was able to work with the owners in constructing and opening the latest in fish and chip cuisine.
When you think fish and chips what comes to mind? Fresh fish drizzled with lemon juice and crunchy beer battered chips straight from the fryer. The Good Fish Co. captures the best thoughts and feelings and puts them into the interior and overall dining experience. When you enter you are immediately welcomed by an open layout that is comprised of light hardwood floors, white painted bricks, white tiled walls and blue tile details.
The subtle nautical theme chosen by Larritt-Evans was a perfect choice to capture the essence of the restaurant. They used the colour scheme of white, royal blue and a touch of lemon yellow which was perfect when bringing the restaurant’s inspiration to life.
Working closely with the owners of The Good Fish Co. during the fit outs of both Craigieburn and Watergardens enabled Tú Projects to experience the journey of the business. It is definitely a brand to keep watching.
