TU Projects was founded by managing director Robert Rowe in 2004. The name Rowe however, has been a name associated with shopfitting for well over 30 years, in fact, the Rowe family were one of the first families to run a modern shopfitting company out of Queensland. Rob spent the first 10 years tenure within the family company, starting as a cabinet maker/shopfitter and after completing his trade, moved off the factory floor and into estimating and project management.
After identifying a void in the market, Rob Rowe formed TU Projects. Rob saw the need for a more agile form of shopfitting and management, one that could deliver roll outs for clients nationwide while using both local & offshore manufacturing facilities, and most importantly a shopfitting company that was able to be proactive to client's needs, not reactive. Rob and the team have since created an unrivalled reputation as a specialist within the industry, with offices in Queensland, New South Wales and local networks in China, the company offers a more comprehensive service which attracts the top clients in their field. It is not only our strong network base in Australia and China that attracts clients to TU Projects, it is also the way we operate! TU Projects has a dynamic operating platform that clearly sets it apart from its competition. Our custom built system connects our customers and trades to each and every project. This enables our customers to choose to work with us on tenders or we can open the books for cost plus contracts.
TU Projects is a nimble business which moves with our customer's needs. Whether it is giving the client the choice of local or offshore production in areas such as joinery, steel and signage manufacturing, or cutting build and/or equipment costs by developing a thorough understanding of your build and equipment requirements, we are always looking at ways to ensure we establish the benchmark to which other businesses aspire to.
We are not just a team of builders and shopfitters, we are managers and we pride ourselves on holding not only the best reputation, but the highest level of integrity and trust with our clientele.
As a result, TU Projects has built over 600 projects! Ranging across industries such as Retail, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Food & Beverage, Fashion and Office Interiors. And to date, we build in excess of 100 projects annually.
